Oregon Fun Days 2011

I will start off by saying that this years Fun Day seemed to have less people than the last few years. For those who went to the California Fun Days, did it seem about the same, more, or less? I was able to get some litter mate pictures though for those who asked. Sorry it took me so long to post this, but things have been nuts around here and we leave for Florida on Thursday so I needed to get it done before then (or you might have had them in time for Christmas!) :)

Here are some pictures of Saxons' siblings Salsa and Stanton. I don't remember which is which (though Salsa is a female and Stanton is a male). That is what happens when you wait to long to post so Mandy, I apologize!

Next up I have some of Snickers' siblings Snapple and Sherbert! I know who is who because Sherbert had her skirt on (thought you can't really see it in the pictures). Also, Simba (another sibling of Snickers) was transferred to our club so I'm sure we might have him a time or two before he heads back or is career changed for his alert barking. Neither dog was apparently in the mood to get their picture taken so this is the best one I have (which isn't great):

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get any pictures for Tartan or Jorinda litter mates as none of them showed up. :(

Oregon Fun Days 2010

I don't really have much to post other than a few pictures from Fun Days this year. Our club is getting a new puppy! As far I know we will have another female yellow lab though I don't know the first initial yet. I also need to do a sibling update for Donata and Topeka. Jessa was re-called at Fun Days and since she went back as a potential breeder, we might not hear anything for a while. In less than 2 weeks, I'm headed to Europe with my husband for about a month so there won't be much updating going on when it comes to this blog. :/

The first two pictures are ALL the toys we took down to Fun Days with us. The most popular sellers (in case you were wondering) were the Nylabone "Y"/Wishbones, Sterilized Bones, and Goughnut Sticks.

I was able to meet two of Kyle's siblings and one of Rafferty's sisters. I posted those pictures on facebook. If you have facebook, let me know because I'm much quicker at updating/uploading stuff there. Unfortunately, none of Picassa's or Betsy's siblings showed up. :(

I am really hoping to get down to CA Fun Days next year to meet those I haven't yet! :)

Oh and one more thing (I added this a couple of hours later), I picked up a GDB Calendar for next year! I can't wait to see all of the famous puppies who made the calendar for 2011. Also, I didn't know this until I bought one, but Marlin made one of the smaller pictures in July, his sister Mulan is one of the smaller pictures for February, and Dotty (a sister of Donata) in October! I am pretty sure I know a dog from each month in one of the pictures. :)

No Fun :(

I was really hoping there might be some last minute deals to the Bay Area this week for airline tickets, but that is not the case. Needless to say, I won't be making it to the CA Fun Days this year. :( If any of you ever get to Seattle though, let me know!

We will still be at the Oregon Fun Days though! I ordered over $1,000 worth of GDB approved toys to sell (yes, that's about 150 toys) hehe I can't wait for them to come UPS: It will be like Christmas in July. :)

I have been meaning to post about Loyola's graduation (which is SUPER over due) and some fun things we have been up to these past two weekends with Jessa and Marlin. Look for those soon!

Fun Days! :)

Last year my husband and I attended both Fun Days (which was a lot of fun) and I got to meet some of you! We will for sure be attending the Oregon Fun Days but aren't sure about the California one yet.

As with last year, please leave a comment if you are unable to make it to one of them and I will try my best to get litter mate pictures for you. :) (Especially if you are in CA and can't attend the Oregon campus Fun Days).
